The Roberts Building will be preserved along with the facades of all other structures. Understand and respect the community’s desire to preserve the historic character of the Neighborhood. Monarch apartments, existing parking at ground level and Church building will remain.

Phase III will provide 2 new Restaurants and an outdoor Patio that can be rented for any local event or performances as well. This will be at the intersection between Phase II and Phase III.

Existing Historic Building Facades will remain (White + red Bldg.) and new construction will imitate this design to maintain the character of the Block.
